Will I grow with a diet like this?
Meal 1 = 260 cal / 25g protein - 3 eggs, 2 slices of turkey (10:45am)
Meal 2 = 665 cal / 31g protein - 1 cup oats, pb, yogurt, banana (1:30 pm)
Meal 3 = 500 cal / 50g protein - chicken breast, sweet potato, spinach (5pm)
Meal 4 = 500 cal / 42g protein - beef, pasta, broccoli (9pm)
Meal 5 = 100 cal / 22g protein - tuna (11pm)
Meal 6 = 80 cal / 13g protein - cottage cheese (just before bed)
Total: ~2105 cal / ~183g protein

Well, how much carbohydrates and how much mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids do you consume? Omega 3 is important for your cells, also iron, magnes. calium etc.

But yeah, looks good, but nowdays it is unclear, if you really have to eat 2gr/kg protein per day, a lot of people say 1,2 to 1,8 gr per kilograms are enough, less is sometimes more.
Considering your height and weight i would say no, use a tdee calculator and add 300 cals to that, also you dont need that much protein specially on a bulk
