How long would it take for skinnyfag to get into shape. As in an average man build. I'm not meth head tier skinny but it's cringy as fuck when I take photos with regular friends and I look at them. Do full body 3 times a week, eat at a slight surplus, dont do GOMAD. have 3 sets for lower body lifts and 4 sets for upper body lifts. with some isolation exercises.
You will get a decent body within 3-9 months depending on your goal and genetics.
after you have gained muscle you need to lsoe bodyfat. Low bodyfat% is what will make you look good.
