Hey /fit/izens, need some help.

I'm basically your average Joe with no muscle and a big gut, today i'm going to the gym, can't stand this fat, would this workout work well? pic related. Or should i do something different?

I can't find any solid information on it being useful in any way. Any videos of it in action seem to be weebs larping in fields letting themselves be thrown around.

I did it for like a year. if you are looking for a legitimate self-defense program, and get into Brazilian jujitsu or Thai kickboxing. Aikido is not a self-defense art. it is a philosophy and is therefore valuable. any aikidoka who will tell you their style is combat effective will quickly find they must use other styles to survive.

the heavier the deadlift, the longer it takes your body to recover from it. i was stuck at 4pl8 for a month trying to pull them twice a week and then said fuck it and only focused on squats. a month later i tried them again and got up to 4.5 with relative ease.

if you do them often, don't do them above 90% of your 1RM.

My gym doesn't have any squat rack but it does have a smith machine. Giving that there's no way to squat with a barbell there, is it better to squat using the smith machine or not squatting at all? Maybe using the Hack squat or romanian deadlift...

I used to believe its better than nothing do I spent a few months using one. Now 3 weeks into another gym with barbells I not only decreased what I lifted, I also feel weak and the Smith proved to have no use for strength training.

Almost 6 months completely wasted.

I'm tired of being weak, guys. I've decided to stop training for size and will now focus on strength.
Current stats:
Deadlift: 145kg
Squat: 115kg
OHP: 60kg
Bench: 87,5kg
What program do you guys recommend for me? I don't really care if I get fat. What is the optimal way to build strength in my big 4?
