Does anyone else feel lower back pain doing sit ups? I've read that it might be improper form but i tried it all, i can't do more than 20. Are there any good replacements?

Stop doing sit ups in the first place. They're a waste of time.
You won't get a big chest doing 100 pushups a day. You wont get a strong core doing 100 sit ups either.

But to answer your question, yes. I had that problem too, when I first started. It was because I was really fat.

Poor fag here. I would like to have some weights at home but i don't want to pay for them. So i am looking for some smart replacements. I would like to find a replacement for these small weights for shadow boxing. I traied with half liter soda bottles and filled them with water. They were too long. I didn't mind that they were thick. Just that they were too long. Any ideas? I would also like to have some other replacements for heavier weights for pumping muscles. Any ideas about that?

I also use a big empty jar like this for hand strength. I hold it by the opening with my fingertips for 10 minutes at a time. But that is more of a martial arts thing.

Hi fit, first time posting but lurked for a while.

Recently (last few weeks) I have found my sex drive has completely evaporated but it was ok before.

I work our 3-4 days a week, get about 8 hours sleep (but racked up a pretty big sleep deficet a few months ago I'm still recovering from), don't eat much sugar, get more than 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, eat decent amount of fat, supplement vit d zinc and magnesium.
Despite all this I have has no fantasys, morning glory or interest in sex the last few weeks. Today I felt a dull tingling in my balls too....

Why has my sex drive gone? It was ok before.

I occasionally take phenibut if that has an impact

If you are cutting, your body may tone down the sex drive. Its part of survival instinct basically.

If not, you may not be getting enough of certain things. The main two are fat, and zinc.

If none of these are an issue, then consider getting blood tests for hormones or any other deficiencies.

Also stress of course is a big killer of libido.

My diet is pretty good. Not religious about itbut get decent source of protein with every meal, lots of veg eggs and penut butter so fat levels should be ok.

Take 25mg of zinc a day and not on a cut.

My car is covered in tree crap and bird poop because every morning I go to the gym I have to park under a tree.

What is the /fit/ opinion on body hair? Chest/stomach as well as back. Should I get rid of it or does it add any benefits?

The ONLY acceptable back hair for guys is the following:

Leg Hair is fine

Chest hair is fine

Ass hair is fine unless you are a fag

Pubic hair should be trimmed every few weeks or shaved every 6-8 weeks. Trimming is a pain in the ass and less safe. Use a Fusion 5 blade razor to shave all the pubic, ball, and gooch hair while taking a bath. It looks weird for 3-5 days while it starts to grow back hair, but looks great for a month and a half after that.

Arm hair is fine

Hair on hands is fine but anything above the middle of each finger should be plucked out because those hairs usually look goofy as there are only 2 or 3 of them.

Hair on the shoulder, back of neck, upper arm by the shoulder, and back should all be shaven off. They all look awful. Use a razor to take care of the shoulder and upper arm and buy the Deluxe Man Groomer for your back and any other place you can't reach.
