Whenever I extend my arm, flexing my Tricep at a certain angle, pain shoots up from my elbow. What's the reason for this, couldn't find anything online about why my elbow would hurt doing pull ups.
been squatting wrong ever since i started working out and now my right knee is hurting bad. Any tips on how i can practice my squat form at home so i do not fuck up my knee again when it recovers? I usually tend to fall backwards if i try doing a regular squat.

Try using something like a broomstick as a bar, and just practicing your movement. Make sure you know where your center is when you're squatting so you don't fall back or forward. Also try stretching your legs out, you may be falling because your hamstrings are too tight. When you get back to the gym it might be a good idea to use the Smith machine once or twice so you don't move around when squatting.

So how the hell do are you supposed to figure out your TDEE when every TDEE calculator on the internet gives wildly varying answers (sometimes 1000 or more calorie difference for the exact same inputs)? I've been eating at 1700 a day now for a while and it's been working well, but I'm probably about to hit my newbie gains limit and I'll have to get more serious about my protein. Yet I don't see how I can get adequate protein with such low calories without eating nearly nothing but protein powder or chicken breast, or becoming a damn good cook with plenty of money for various protein sources. But I'm also scared to up my calories too much because I'm finally at a decent bodyfat% for the first fucking time in my life. What the fuck DOOO?!
Use the calculators as a starting point. Then observe what happens to your weight over time and adjust as you go. (i.e. if you're not gaining weight, eat more. And if you're gaining too fast, more than a pound a week or so, eat less unless you are going for fat powerlifter mode.)

Is the increased cancer risk worth it?
No.
No. I went through a period where I would tan 3 or 4 times a week for 15 minutes. Got darker and it was nice but as soon as you stop it fades and you only stay a few shades darker than when you originally started. The risks of cancer are too high for a temporary asesthetic reward. If you wanna get tanned just get a spray tan. You get instant gratification because it only takes about 8 hours for the spray tan to reach its peak color on you and it'll last 2-3 weeks (maybe longer depending how often you shower and sweat) for around $30. The price isn't too bad considering if you wanna get a real tan you have to buy tanning lotion ($15 dollars minimum usually for a decent brand and upwards of $40+ for the best brands) and then you gotta buy tanning minutes which depending where you live usually ends up being $1 a minute. That shit becomes expensive fast.

Why do you train legs? they put you out of business for days and they use all your bodies resources on muscles that aren't functional and will only ever make your upper body look proportionately smaller.
Play sport, go for a run or hike and your legs will be more than good enough, you should ever go to a gym and work on legs.
