I was doing back-extensions, and there was a chick behind me doing standing-single-leg-curls with her ass bent in a very sexual manner AND she had skin tight pants on and of course I couldn't help but look on the bottom part of my back extension.
Went from 5'10 184 to 5'10 163ish on kito + light lift no cardio, pic related is all today.
Where should I go from here? Trying to eliminate that retarded stomach lip especially, keep dieting hard or start lifting harder with consuming more?

You should get that scoliosis fixed, it looks pretty bad, getting your spine straightened might add an inch to your manlet status and flatten out that belly

My physical therapist said that once you turn 25, you won't gaint muscle much anymore because test drops or whatever he said. I'm almost 23 and don't train. Should I not even bother if in 2 years I'll lose everything?

It's almost like routines doesn't actually make a fucking difference (obviously they do to certain extent) but instead that you training and diet is RELIGIOUS and CONSISTENT and you do it for 10 fucking years.

Just survived my first month of cutting. It was hard, but when I got hungry or thought I wouldn't make it I would come here to /fit/ and you guys helped me stay on track.
I posted my weekly progress and tried to keep the same angle/briefs. I went from 225 to 212 lbs, a weight I have not been since my pre-teens. If there are any anons out there in the midst of a cut, stay strong.
