I keep getting accused of using steriods by people who have little to no knowledge of training of dieting. I did do a drastic transformation in 5 months but nothing out of this world. Now to prove them wrong would whipping out my elephant size testicles be concrete evidence that I am not on juice? Since that is the only understanding they have of steriod side effects.

step 1: she's a goddamn person not an alien. talk to her like you would to a prospective friend. be considerate of her feelings. be empathic. don't dumb.

step 2: remember you're trying to find a chick you'd enjoy spending time with. what are your personal requirements for a partner? find out if she fits the bill. makes you look interested(because you are) and makes her feel valuable. avoid making it sound like a job interview tho. also remember she's trying to find a chill dude too, give her some info in return.

those are neat running shoes shes wearing, does she do a lot of sports? neat! you too! what kinda? Running? Cool, you do that too! Wildwater rafting? Oh, you never done that before but that sounds thrilling! What does she do to relax from that? Movies? What kinda? Maybe you should watch one together! you get the idea.

Step 3: tell her you enjoyed talking to her and gtfo. if you would like to talk to her again, tell her and exchage numbers.

There's nothing else to it. Smile, be nice, ask about whatever, hobbies, work, family. if youre not into whatever thing shes talking about, comment on that and switch the topic. if you find a common interest, ask further questions or talk about your own experiences.

Tell me everything I need to know about the egg, there's too much misinformation around the web.

Are they good/bad for all trainings? Should you eat every day or in moderation? With or without yolk? Does it matter how you cook them? Any specific egg type better than another? What if you're cutting?

They have no effect on your cholesterol levels.
Eat whole eggs unless you're in the depths of a no cardio manlet cut where every little calorie makes a difference.

Cook them how you want, obviously frying them in oil adds calories so take that into account.
If you're careful you can fry an omelet without much oil at all.

They're great. If you can own chickens it's a free breakfast every day. Good protein content, versatile to prepare, easy to cook and usually cheap.

Unless you have a cholesterol disorder they do not give you bad cholesterol.
Anecdotally I've been eating eggs just about every day for >10 years and my cholesterol has always been healthy.

Hey /fit/, I recently started working out, and eating healthy, but i have a question. I eat meat every day, because its known that eating meat makes you big. I usually eat specific meats on specific days, for example on chest day i eat chicken breast, on leg day i eat chickens legs. So the question is, what should i eat on forearm days?

I'm taking on about 3,600-4,300 calories a day, protein usually 190g a day, 429g of carbs, and 100g of fat, workout 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. Still showing no results after 9 weeks.

I have acne and scarring from acne on my back. I use some stuff I got from the dermatologist but it doesn't seem to work that well on my back. My face has more or less cleared up though so that's good.

Who here /ski/ bros? What type of skiing do you do? Where do you ski? What physical benefits do you see?

Montanan here in god's good country. I'm kicking myself for not getting into this earlier. To those out there who claim it's too expensive, there is literally no better fun/dollar ratio.

I fucking love it dude. I've downhill skiied in the french alps, fernie BC, and perisher valley here in Australia. I tried x-country skiing in Lake Louise, Alberta, and fell in love with it but sadly i've never had the opportunity to do it again because there's no flat snowfields in Australia. Also skiing is basically the most expensive sport ever here.
