It provides constant resistance on all parts of the body but does not cause the strain that some forms of exercises may put on the unhealthy. I would add some pullups on your pull day, otherwise everything looks good. Also no matter what fit says you do need to do ab exercises or they will lag behind, so you might want to throw some of those in too.
