The fitness standards aren't especially difficult to achieve. Any reasonably healthy male should be a to reach them within a year of hard training.

The mental aspect is something you either have or you don't, and the only way to know if you have it is to actually go to BUD/S and find out.

i got the blaze as a gift for my bday. only thing i use it for is the timer/stopwatch. its kind of neat seeing my heartrate i guess, and my texts show on the watch too.
