Use soap without scents. Mother fuckers that only use water are stinky nasty people... I use Kirk's Castile soap, then lotion (curel unscented) right after drying off. My normal scent comes from deodorant, so it's overpowering. If I want to really smell good I use mahogany scented lotion on my arms (still unscented everywhere else).

I believe in taking care of myself, in a
balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after-shave lotion with little or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion.

I shower every 2 days after i go to the gym. Right now i only use shampoo.

could someone redpill me on conditioner and shower gel? Do i really need shower gel if i deo up?

ITT: People who don't understand basic hygeine and teenagers

Some general tips and best practices since everyone seems to be at extremes with this:

>Shampoo your hair once a week at most
>Condition twice a week at most
>Use shampoo on your hands only, never on your face or body
>Never use shower gel for the same reasons- especially if it contains laurel l sulfate or any glycerine derivatives
>Shower as often as you want
>Wash your face with water as often as you want

If your hair gets oily or greasy it's because you wash it too often. Same is true of your face. Learn some basic hygiene and stop buying into marketing.
