I was very tired today but I forced myself to go to the gym. I didin't want to have a shitty gym session so I thought to myself I should try the SipTM meme so I went to the store I bought the silver sip and drank it on my way to the gym.
It actually worked. I felt full of energy and I lifted more than usual.

I've managed to eat over 3000 calories and went from like 156 - 171.

Funny story; one time I was mad at my stepmom, so I ate an entire bag of frozen peas in one sitting and downed about a half litre of castor oil afterwards. I drove over to her house and had to shit instantly, so I stood on the hood of her car and shit as hard as possible and they shot out like a pea bb gun. It was enough force for them to bounce off and go everywhere. I actually created small cracks in the windshield where I was shooting them. Around the time I could feel them stopping, I turned around so I would be shitting on the hood, and the rest of the pure liquid castor oil shit came out after the peas did, and it splattered all over her hood. As I was cleaning up her and my real dad came outside, and they started flipping out. I didn't get my jeans on all the way, so I ran back to my car in my underwear and had to drive off as fasst as I could. The problem is I didn't have time to wipe and my boxers were thin, so the shit remnants got into my drivers seat. and the castor oil caused my asshole to be kind of leaky, so the rest kept leaking out into the drivers seat. I stopped at a mcdonalds to get some napkins, but I went in without realizing I didn't actually have pants still so they tried kicking me out but I got into an altercation with the manager. That's another story, but I got my napkins to sit on for the ride home. Once I got home I finally wiped it all off the seat, but I'm pretty sure it soaked in because I can still smell it now even when I ride with the windows down. The stains in the backseat already made a pretty bad smell, but this just makes it even worse. My friends wont even ride in my car anymore and they make me sit on a towel in their cars in case, but we always have our suits on when were together anyways so I don't really think I'd be in any danger of getting anything on their seats, but that's a different situation entirely I guess.

I'm on my to achieving fox mode. It's harder than achieving regular modes because it's about skill and function too. My trifecta is

Choose a program appropriate for your level. Don't neglect squats. Do aesthetic work if you want so long as it won't affect recovery.

Focus on moving through harder progressions not more reps. Your preference should also be towards explosive movements

It goes without saying that fox mode is pointless without being able to perform cool stunts. This will be the hardest part because moving your body through the air is a new experience for most and there is always a fear of busting your face. If you can afford a coach that may be the optimal solution.
Focus heavy on one aspect at a time. Don't do everything in one session. Stretching and becoming flexible is important. Neglecting your stretches can get you hurt.

it's called STARTING strength for a reason, you do it for 6 months, you reach your limits for linear progression, you stop doing it and start doing something else but MUCH MORE EFFECTIVELY
you don't get to do a split benching the bar and the dust on it
you also don't get to a significant load on the bench by purposefully gimping your potential for recovery from stress and adaptation by only benching ONCE a week
WHY would you have a CHEST day, therefore only increase the weight on your bench ONCE a week
when your novice body is perfectly capable of doing that more frequently in a shorter amount of time, 1.5 increments in a week - or - 3 increments in 2 weeks
you want bigger muscles? well you gotta lift heavier weights
you want to lift heavier weights? well you gotta get stronger
you want to get stronger? well you gotta do a program designed for fastest strength gains, and it doesn't get any faster than linear progression
whatever you do after that is up to you, when you squat 315 and bench 225 you're about experienced enough to make your own decisions and set your own goals, now you have the tools to do that
