What am I supposed to do while cutting? All routines are meant to make progress on and afaik it's not feasible to make progress while losing weight at a decent rate. Should I just do the texas method like I am currently?

Continue your routine, just eat less
Try high carbs on training days and low carbs on off days. Try less than 50g on weekends and like 250g on Mondays and Fridays
Keep protein high and keep your deficit around 300-600

Alright, I'll try that. I've just moved on to the texas method so it should be ""easy"" for at least another week or two. Need to drop 5-10kg I think, will see.
