Alright so this may seem kinda ridiculous to you but which style of bp will keep your shoulders healthy?

The key argument boils down to:

>a straight bar path reduces shoulder rotation combined with shorter bar path and an arch back creates a "decline bench" like pressing platform = less chance of injury -- elite trainer

>pressing around your shoulder joint in a "j" bar path with maximal rom to maximize gains keeps your shoulder healthy -- various beginner strength programs

Which is it? Logically and anecdotally speaking, the powerlifting style makes more sense to me. My shoulders always get irritated pressing "around" them to the point I stopped pressing. And I'm not so certain the rom argument against it holds up. Shorter rom = more weight = more gains.

Also think of how much weight powerlifters move compared to your avg joe who always seems to get shoulder injuries from bp moving bitch weight.

Anyone else /fit/ and healthy but is depressed af? all of the suicidal persons I met don't eat at all or eat shit all the time. Atleast I got my meds prescribed.
However this benzos make it very hard to go do exercise, but atleast I don't have social anxiety now

I think it's great for recovery. I use it nightly and have for many years. I would never, ever use it before lifting. I think the world will eventually realize that marijuana can be used responsibly for the betterment of most individuals, but I do not think it's ever going to become an ingredient in popular pre-workouts.

I track my calories really well. It's deciding when and how many calories to go lower that I think is my problem. I've gone with the simple "if your weight loss stalls, lower by three hundred." which worked best but only once or twice have I ended with a physique that's bf% is low enough.

Hi, i bought a pull up bar (pic related), and i want to instal the heavy bag like in the picture, but i dont want the straps/chains to get twisted.

So my question is if its suitable to connect it with a carabiner-swivel-carabiner?

Takes a while but when you start really hitting good run times it feels good.

OP, ideally do cardio as often as you can without it causing pain.
6 days a week is best on top of lifting. But of course this may not be possible so just do as many as you can.

Despite the lazy fucks who think cardio kills gains, it actually helps gains. Being more active supports a better environment in your body for creating and maintaining lean mass over fat mass.

Also having a good heart and lungs is more beneficial than lifting will ever be.

The fact that you're craving fast food pretty much confirms you aren't eating enough. Your body is telling you it needs more energy, and of course craving calorie bombs is the response.

Eat more.
Obviously don't go full retard and binge on carbs all day.

Also stop thinking about eating "healthy" and start thinking in terms of eating "correctly" for your goals.
