Is there anything worse than going bald as a man?
Baldness instantly knocks 1-3 points off your appearance depending on how you pull it off. It can transform men from handsome heartthrobs into creepy old men.
This is not true at all dumbass
just you wont make as much money later in life

What race is the person wearing these clothes in the gym?
I wonder why my city is full of pajeets but I never saw a single one in my gold's gym
Race is a social construct. Define "race"

Hey /fit/ i have a problem. My upper abs are defined and i keep my diet low calorie, but im having a hard time shedding that last layer of subcutaneous fat. Im an avid runner and i figured i would burn it off at some point, but to no avail. What do?
Go even lower on calories so you can be absolutely ripped at 110lbs.

Does anyone here climb and lift? Recently gifted a membership to a climbing gym but balancing 5/3/1 with climbing has started to wreak havoc on my body (mostly ligaments, tendons, joints).
Currently climbing twice a week on days I lift to maximize recovery time. Any advice appreciated. Everything I've read has been one must be sacrificed for the other, hope that's not true.
>>40484548
Probably be a good idea to go lighter in the gym until you get used to climbing
it is true climbing especially bouldering is very intensive on the ligaments you have to sacrifice one or the other do what you enjoy but climbing and lifting heavy weights don't mix anyway you won't see real good climbers deadlifting 4 plate or squatting big being good at weighted pull ups/ pull ups in general, perhaps but not deadlifting/squatting

Fried food is shit
Sup fit, so I work at a sub place (pic related) that is mostly on the east coast so I don't expect everyone to know what it is. But I basically only eat here every day.
So I'm just asking what the best food from here I can bulk/maintain with? Or if the food isnt good enough to eat everyday like I do? The grilled chicken is honestly gross as fuck but I've been eating steak and chicken subs mostly. I also eat salads and shit from there too
>>40484190
You work there, you probably know more about the calories and nutritional value of the foods then we do. Why can't you figure this out yourself?
>>40484841
Idk I'm looking for a second opinion
>>40484956
I would recommend the chicken then, simply because I believe chicken is superior to processed meats nutritionally. Go easy on the dressing/sauces too to avoid unnecessary calories.
Hey my knees hurt when I squat without weight now. Is this normal or should I see a docter about this?
>>40483842
Rest and see if it gets better.
if it doesn't then see a physiotherapist and then a doctor. Unless of course you have unbearably severe pain. Then see a doctor IMMEDIATELY.
>>40483842
>my knees hurt when I squat without weight
so?
just carry a barbell with you at all times

I never thought that I would have reached the point, but lifting is becomming boring to me. It lacks the everyday competition to me. You know the kind of game that you play at the end of your basketball training. I miss that.
The thing is I still like being and looking strong, so I don't to stop completelly with strenght training. But how do I train now?
I thought about using cables and this trx thing, as I seem to hit more muscles due to the increased rom and more stabilisation needed, but that just a thought. What would you recommend me?
>>40483533
All you can do is maintain. If you dont maintain say goodbye to your gains.
>>40483533
>You know the kind of game that you play at the end of your basketball training.
Be patient my dude.
Less weight training and play more basketball, safe in the knowledge that regaining any strength lost would likely be easier than building it up in the first place.
At least, that's what I'd do.
