How to achieve this mode without dying first?

I'm on my to achieving fox mode. It's harder than achieving regular modes because it's about skill and function too. My trifecta is
>olympic lifting
Choose a program appropriate for your level. Don't neglect squats. Do aesthetic work if you want so long as it won't affect recovery.
>bodyweight with and without rings
Focus on moving through harder progressions not more reps. Your preference should also be towards explosive movements
>tumbling/tricking
It goes without saying that fox mode is pointless without being able to perform cool stunts. This will be the hardest part because moving your body through the air is a new experience for most and there is always a fear of busting your face. If you can afford a coach that may be the optimal solution.
Focus heavy on one aspect at a time. Don't do everything in one session. Stretching and becoming flexible is important. Neglecting your stretches can get you hurt.

Something else I'd like to mention about training like this is that it makes you feel more graceful and confident with regular everyday movement too.
You niggas are actually autistic
