As you should know, SOCIAL GAINS are just as important as MUSCULAR GAINS. Time and time again autism overwhelms a sculpted physique when it comes to social situations. So you get drunk.

>Thousands of unnecessary empty calories
>Inhibits protein synthesis so you are literally killing muscular development
>Hangover ruins your next gym session

You are destroying your gains by drinking alcohol. The solution? Drugs.

>No protein synthesis inhibition
>No hangover the next day preventing gym sessions

Give me ONE reason why haven't you quit alcohol stone cold and substituted drugs. Why aren't you getting the best of both SOCIAL and MUSCULAR gains?

I wanna start practicing BJJ but I'm doing SL. Should I do each on alternate days or can I do both on the same days given a couple of hours between them? Should I take creatine and BCAA so it doesn't affect my gains?

I don't really know. But when I was a kid I chewed gum very aggressively and now my jaw is huge. Which isn't the most attractive thing since I'm a female but whatever.

I can't squat for shit and I don't know why.

I've run:

>Stronglifts
>Smolov
>Sheiko
>531

At various times in my eight years of lifting yet never been able to squat more than 135kg for a single. At one point on Smolov I was eating 5k plus calories (tracked in MFP, not estimated).

How is this fucking possible? What the hell am I supposed to do? I snatch 90 and can't even hit a 120 back squat...

Core strength/bracing isn't an issue, I have a pretty strong core.
