Some 5/10 35-40 year old woman came up to me in the gym today and said
>"sorry but

>t-thanks
>>40520945

>>40520610
Both have horrible posture.
How do I improve mine?
>>40520633
Diddlys and Front squats.
what's /fit/'s consensus on rock climbing, i go bouldering at my local climbing gym and it's pretty difficult i'm currently climbing v4 and i feel like my fingers have gotten a lil thicker/ bigger from rock climbing training
>>40520583
how many pullups do i need to be able to do to not be an embarrassment there
>>40520591
5 climbing is a lot more than pull up strength, there's a lot of technique involved
>>40520591
Apart from some tricky spots, you essentially hold yourself to the rock face with your arms and push yourself up with your legs.
So ten should be fine.
Your grip will be the primary concern. Ten finger tip pull ups. One for each finger. Oh and the thumbs obviously.
why is there no bodyweight thread. i need you
whats the most impressive bdw exercise and why is it a muscle-up
>>40520596
i like the guys that can move from L sit to handstand in one motion
Bodyweight is great.
I suck at the moment, but I almost have my planch and muscle-up
> implying I haven't gave up on society or going out places

Fuck it bros,if you are in a similar situation I encourage you to just say fuck it
>>40520278
>implying I care anymore about being included/excluded in or out of something
i know dat feel (or lack of feel)
I'm turning 30 this year and have been this way since 20 or so.
I should advise you that this line of thinking will in the end make you completely alone, unless you're really close to your parents, but when they go you'll have nobody.
If you really want to end up with a wife and kids I advise against giving up your social life altogether. Only saying this because once you reach my age (and older) it becomes harder and harder to form new relationships
>>40520377
We're going to make it bro
>>40520423
I wish i could say 'anon you're right and I'm going to try harder or whatever' but knowing how stuff usually goes down( me being deceived or dissapointed) i prefer doing other stuff or just giving up already

Theres a thread on the board right now asking for advice on how to shitpost. You might want to check it and take some pointers. This pasta is beyond stale, its practically fossilized.
>you're about to set a PR on your exercise of choice
>The Japanese Buzzsaw walks in, and he's coming at you with a mist packet in his mouth
What do you do?
Do you not see the hypocrisy in condemning fat people for being unhealthy, while idolizing steroid abusers?
I guarantee you, steroids will kill a person faster than obesity.
>>40519455
There's a segment of people on /fit/ who actively idolize steroid abusers, but they're a minority and don't really clog up other threads. They stay in their steroid threads and talk among themselves, share tips, etc.
From what I've gathered, the general consensus from the vast majority of /fit/izens is that it's unhealthy, but if you're going to do it, be smart about it and don't abuse it. There are a lot of people who actively encourage an overall healthier lifestyle and degrade steroid usage because it detracts from that aforementioned healthy lifestyle.
>I guarantee you, steroids will kill a person faster than obesity.
This comment is so far fetched that I can't even begin to fathom why you would even type that up. You're not being nuanced here. There's frequency/habit of steroid usage to consider, the type of steroid, what it's being used for, etc. Some guy using steroids once and never using it again, but pursuing a relatively healthy lifestyle, will be better off than someone who has been obese for 30+ years of their life.
Be sensible here.
>>40519455
Well there is loud minority.
And this have never been /health/ board anyway.
Listen to this guy :-)
>>40519542
>>40519566
>And this have never been /health/ board anyway.
Not true, senpai.
This was called /fit/ - Health & Fitness a few eons ago. :) Moot changed it when he realized that the overwhelming vast majority of threads were more fitness related than health.
Does anyone have any good recommendations for apps that provide lifting workouts? To be specific, I'm looking for something that will give me a workout routine based on what I want to work, i;e shoulders, chest, back, etc. I've tried several different apps and I just can't seem to find one to fit my needs. Thanks.
>>40519332
Just use my fitness pal, onedrive, and excel. That way you can just make up your own spreadsheet.
Like pic related.
I use FitNotes to keep track of my lifts.
>>40519491
Thanks, anon.
Honestly a happy/confident fat person if more attractive and more appealing than an insecure /fit/ person.
