That you loose weight primarily with cardio is a myth. Cardio is great, don't get me wrong, it's excellent for your health, better than lifting weights actually, but for loosing weight and reduce body fat it's useless. Plenty of Bodybuilder don't give a fuck about Cardio, even Zyzz said it is healthy, but it doesn't really help to get ripped (yeah yeah, he died, but not because he didn't do Cardio, he was fucking 21, he die because of the heat and because he had a heart failure).

ive been on fit for the past couple years but only started working out the past 1.5 years but only took it seriously with the goal of getting big about 6 months ago
Ive found that i cant get my weight up past 170lbs and its killing me

>eat big
still not enough, and i am taking in as many calories as i can, dirty or not, but still cant get big
EVERYDAY I eat:
1 gallon of borden chocolate milk
1 very large chipotle burrito (rice beans chicken)
26oz can of black beans
5 cups of rice
12-15 oz of chicken/beef
(2 bags powdered donuts (1,000 cal each))
Drink straight oil about 180 min after a meal to make sure it doesnt prevent my food digesting properly
on top of this i fit in another meal or some calorie dense snack
I take in over 4,500+ calories a day
>cut out all cardio (helped me gain 10lbs at first but no more past that)
>lift very heavy (focused on hypertrophy and drop sets)
>no attempt to even eat clean, just eat alot
i poop about once per day (completely solid and suprisingly normal sized)
im 5'10 and i cannot get over 170lbs, help

I've started getting /fit/ not long ago. It's been about 3 moths or so. The objective was to get rid of the excess body fat and then grow on some muscle. Lost 7 kilos in that period and for some reason It stopped. At this point I am 177cm and 62kg. The goal is 60kg.
Does anyone know why this might be happening?

That's stupid by the way, you did it the wrong way around. It's easier to get muscles when you are a bit overweight and take in a lot of calories. Afterwards you do a cut and get rid of the excess body fat while maintaining your muscles.
What is the best razor and cream to get a great, clean shave? I use Gillette Mach 3's currently, but I don't like the fact that they clog frequently and I have to go over my face multiple times to get a result I want. I use Gillette shaving gel too.
I just want the optimal combo to get rid of everything without cleaning in between the blade thoroughly every time I take a stroke across the face. Curious about what you fellas use

Get a DE razor and try out some different blades until you find the type you like. It'll save you from having to buy 25 dollarydoos worth of bullshit cartridges every few weeks. Pic related is the best shaving cream I've used by a wide margin.
I use a straight razor with exchangeable heads and a small woman's safety razor to clean up if I'm in a rush. Shaving cream is those Arko sticks. Takes a bit longer but i feel it's worth it and I like to shave.

It was the best piece of workout equipment I ever used nothing even comes close to the convenience and natural acclimation to using it but then one day I started to get chronic hip and wrist pain from using it. Probably never gonna use it again. Would still highly recommend.

5 '10
BW: 157 - 166lbs
bench at 135lbs
squat at 160lbs
military press at 80lbs
bodyweight dips
But I'm stuck on certain exercises that require a lot of grip like wide-grip pull-ups and pull-downs and seated cable rows
It feels like what is holding me back is my forearms and fingers since they are what is sore the most right after I complete the sets
any advice on getting through this?

Do you get sweaty hands? If so, get some chalk (or liquid chalk if your gym gets pissy about making a mess, liquid chalk leaves no mess)
Otherwise, start doing heavy static holds with a loaded bar, and farmers walks if you have somewhere to do them.
Grip strength can be trained pretty much daily. Forearms are like calves in that they recover fast and grow slow. But once you got em, you probably won't ever lose them.
