Hey /fit/, I'm a former skelly who's now bulkier thanks to stuffing my face for 3 months.
I've managed to eat over 3000 calories and went from like 156 - 171.
Problem is it takes me like half an hour to eat a big plate of food. How do I train my mouth to be a black hole for anything that enters it?

you're probably doing something else while eating, watching a show or being on your phone. just eat, literaly will take you 10 minutes max if you focus on the food

Infact, that's how to eat optimally and 30mins for a meal is pretty ideal.

I'm worried that I won't be able to get all my calories in the lunch break of my new job. It is a 45 min lunch break. Pieces of meat take me a lot more time to eat than grains because I gotta chew them a lot.
