I feel like we should come up with a program progression for natty lifters to follow to get as aesthetic as possible. Kind of like how powerlifters go:

This thread can be for the sport of bodybuilding (well aware that natty bodybuilding is like wheelchair long jumping but /fraud/ doesn't have much to do with bb beyond steroids)
