Does anyone else love food, cooking and experimenting with new flavours and foods? What are underrated foods/services/recipes?
Every couple of months I try out a new website or company and see what's interesting or good. So far I've tried:

Ingredients in a box delivery service, like graze but DIY. There're a couple of these companies/services in USA too. This was the only good one I found because the produce is actually good and the cooking is basic but not meme bullshit. Reasonably priced with discounts/offers.

Can't recommend this stuff enough for /fit/, it's like yogurt bacteria but far more healthy. Commercial yogurt typically has 1-2 bacteria which die after 24 hours in the gut, Kefir has 50+ and most of them stick around and build up healthy gut bacteria. They also eat sugars in the foods you eat and shit out B Vitamins.
High in protein, low in lactose and sugars, as cheap as milk and tastes better. Incredible shit
You can buy grains on ebay/amazon for a buck or two and you can make both water and milk varieties and flavour it with old unused fruit peel or whatever you want.
By the same mark- Quark and Cottage cheese are under rated and really easy to make taste great

Ok, so we all have a dominant arm and like most people, mine has always been slightly more developed looking but I do not lift asymmetrically at all aside from mixed grip deads.
Well today my dominant (right) arm feels very tense, like I'm flexing, and it is also substantially bigger and is colored faintly reddish purple.
It's not anything a stranger would notice immediately but it's got me worried.
Google has nothing.
I also gave a pint of blood 2 days ago out of my left arm but I don't see how it would cause this.
I want it to stop.

alkaline vs acid means nothing. your stomach's pH level can reach as low as pH 0 at times and just obliterate anything. parietal cells will be stimulated to make MORE acid if the stomach pH drops, so even if you eat alkaline foods, the pH will do nothing at all. perhaps healthy things may come attached to a lot of those alkaline foods pictured, but it has NOTHING to do with the pH.

I started working out about 3-4 months go and now my abs are finally starting to show but I have some fat covering them. I'm 6'2" 178 lbs. Currently I'm doing 2.8k cals a day.
What the fuck should I do to make my abs more prominent? That's one of my main goals at this point and I'm so damn close it's not even funny. Should I cut? Should I continue at 2.8k considering I seem to be shedding some fat at the same time? My heads in a hamster wheel and I'd REALLY appreciate some input...
