As usual there are 3000 guides. I hate gyms, I want to build some body and get overall better fitness. I have done conscription, had a a tough job and I walk all the fucking time so im not a complete lazy fuck.
You can mke up your own routine just make sure you hit 'll the different muscle groups but if you want real gains there is no substitute for simply lifting

I keep seeing "flex a 'cep" and don't know where that originated, though it seems to be new to others as well. I'm aware that it likely means to flex a bicep or tricep. However, I'm specifically interested in why people are posting sugar free/zero calorie Monster Energy cans with "Who /sip/ here?" captions. I've become used to drinking them pretty regularly and am particularly interested in what /sip/ means and if the majority of /fit/ approves of the caffeinated beverage or is just being ironic about it. The orange and lemon flavors seem to have very low sodium so I always tend towards those.
Anyway, last I remember Zyzz died, we found out Scooby was gay, and Tinytrip had a fling with a girl named Jen from Scranton, Pennsylvania then he went MIA. Can you all provide a tl;dr of anything significant I've missed since then?

I've never broken 170. How to bulk? Eat lots of food and drink milk in between was my original plan, but I just never seem to be hungry.
Count calories, lift in the morning, make shakes, do steroids.
Try and eat 4000 calories a day. Use mfp to track. When you don't hit 4000 use full fat milk to top it up

And I actually did a cycle about a year and a half ago, I hover around 165 now, used to be about 145 and didn't work out. Maybe I failed the cycle, but it brought on gains and got me sticking to the gym and made it a habit for me so I guess there's that. I think I can get back to how I looked when I was on if I can just eat enough. Everyone notices a difference when I'm actually getting enough calories but it's tough.

I tried doing stronglifts for a bit, but I don't think I like it. I have a better time doing PPL, and I tend to go a lot harder and spend more time at the gym every day. If I still do some compound lifts on those workouts, is it a bad routine?
