"The only people who should eat eggs regularly are those dying of a terminal illness." Dr. David Spence

Even one egg a week increased the odds of Type 2 Diabetes by 76% compared to <1 egg a week. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22390963

Eating an egg a day with diabetes doubles all cause mortality. Even 1 egg a week increases the odds by 30%. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23676423

egg consumption was positively related to mortality, more strongly so in diabetic subjects https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18400720

From what I've gathered consumption of eggs has nothing to do with increased CVD risk and very fat folk, inactive people, and type 2 diabetics should not eat lots of eggs regularly.

You skipped over the part where eggs are positively associated with all cause mortality, more strongly so in diabetics.

A single large egg yolk contains approximately 275 mg of cholesterol.

Dietary cholesterol increases the susceptibility of low-density lipoprotein to oxidation, increases postprandial lipemia and potentiates the adverse effects of dietary saturated fat. Dietary cholesterol, including egg yolks, is harmful to the arteries.

Vegans consume next to no dietary cholesterol and do not have impaired "physiological function", or whatever the fuck you mean by that.
>>
>>40799708
Do you want to know what else is associated with increased mortality?
Eating regularly and eating at maintenance.
You should always be hungry and always eat only 1k calories a day.

Consisting of vegetables and clean natural sources of animal protein and fats. Never eat excess carbohydrates.
You should always do 5-10 hours of activity combined with naps and a full nights sleep
Using computers and televisions for any period beyond an hour while sitting is associated with increased mortality and bad eyes. So give that shit up right now.

You clearly don't know anything about ground beef.

You should always cook it to a safe temp because when you grind it you're spreading bacteria throughout.

Interesting read; but:

> Long-term consumption of a low-calorie low-protein vegan diet or regular endurance exercise training is associated with low cardiometabolic risk. Moreover, our data suggest that specific components of a low-calorie low-protein vegan diet provide additional beneficial effects on blood pressure.

where's the mention of atherosclerosis? they basically ran a metabolic profile on everyone and found some differences. The closest they get is the artery intima-media differences and CRP but those are far from the only biomarker for atherosclerosis

It's pretty tough to get a decent internal temp and a decent mallard reaction without getting closer to well done than rare.

Also consider that the best burgers are thin, with multiple layers and correct proportions. I see far too many people put a huge lump of beef on a bun with a tiny bit of lettuce and call it a burger. You can shit on McDonalds for a lot of reasons, but they know how to correctly proportion a cheeseburger.

By comparison, the estimate of total E1 (E1+E1S) intake of 68 ng/day from three servings of whole milk represents only 0.01% to 0.1% of these daily production rates. This is below FDA guidelines, which state that no physiological effects occur when consumption is 1% of the endogenous quantities produced by the segment of the population with the lowest daily production.
FDA screens the reports of individual human studies for flaws and eliminates those with flaws so serious that they render the study results meaningless. Examples of such fatal flaws include lack of a control group and lack of any statistical analysis of the data (Spilker et al., 1991; Federal Judicial Center, 2000)
