assuming you can hold this deficit until july (which you reasonably can't) and that 1kg of fat loss is ~9k calories you will lose about 10kg in two months. But at this deficit you will lose muscle too

We'll call that a 12% bodyfat reduction, I don't know your stats.

Basically, yeah, easily. However if you don't want to lose a ton of muscle with it, I'd recommend losing a pound and a half week and not being a retard. That'll drop you down 6% and have you looking clean and not lose you months of progress in muscle.

Hey /fit/, thought I'd share my progress on cutting.

I posted Day 1 two months ago and I got fat shamed.
You gave me advice to cut and I've been following it, and this is where I am now.

However, there's still some fat left sitting around the abdomen. I'm about 18%BF now.
How can I quickly get the rest of this pesky fat off in a reasonable amount of time?
I want to get to 14% before I start bulking.

did any of you run it and if you did what exercises did you add? I'm probably gonna do chins, dips, facepulls and dumbell rows for upper and bulgarian squats and good mornings for lower. I'm also thinking of removing calf raises since they are useless, and doing snatch ('klokov') presses on same day as OHP since I'm good at them and I enjoy doing them. Would that be okay or should all optional exercises be isolation/lighter movements?

So I've been doing a diet and exercise regimen since around last August. Down from a complete fat fuck to a slight fat fuck with some muscle. want to lose maybe ~30-40lbs more before I start bulking muscle.

My problem is, despite doing a lot of cardio and
lifting, I'm having trouble getting rid of flab. Shit just kinda hangs, which makes me looks worse than I should at this point.

Is this shit just from loose skin that I will have to get rid of with surgery?

Down from around 350 (Maybe more, not sure didnt weigh myself for a while) to around 275, but I have definitely put on some muscle weight recently. Shooting for 240. I'm 6'2" and built like a linebacker, so 240 is pretty skinny weight for me.

Working on improving my diet, as I think I was calorie-depriving way too much early on. Right now I'm at around 2000 calories a day, a lot of which I get from Soylent (for shear convenience since I am so busy during the week), then I do one solid meal a day, usually something like rice beans and grilled chicken and a spinach salad. Working on improving my diet more.

Training at least 3 days a Week, averaging 4. Usually do 30 minutes of Cardio followed by lifting, which I rotate muscle groups that I focus on. Not super organized with it, just try to hit every muscle group at least twice a week with time in between. Using free weights.
Time frame is since August of 2016, so less than a year.

yeah dude estrogen is literally anti testosterone, Testes produce testosterone (manliness and muscles) and estrogen from the ovaries produce femininity (titties/socialist tendencies/being an overly moody bitch).
