Do lentils and peas and beans have estrogen or are they a good source of protons?
Does estrogen even inhibit muscle growth? I don't think estrogen actually lowers testosterone or am I in the wrong here?

yeah dude estrogen is literally anti testosterone, Testes produce testosterone (manliness and muscles) and estrogen from the ovaries produce femininity (titties/socialist tendencies/being an overly moody bitch).
Men don't have ovaries so we don't get any estrogen, but our food is LADEN with it because of the fucking kikes so you should avoid all estrogen food including LE-ntils
Eat oats tho, they remove estrogens

Eat shit. It contains a lot of protons.

hey, how about picking up a biology class? The liver also creates estrogen, even in men. The same thing goes for women, thier liver also creates testosterone.
If men cant produce any estrogen, why do bodybuilders take estrogen-blockers when blasting? Its to counteract the higher levels of estrogen that gets created due to the hormonal imbalance when injecting additional testosterone.
The human body is more complex than you think, and some biology will help you understand it, which you clearly dont.

So is it bad or not? Holy shit just tell me yes or no
Stop worrying so much about estrogen. As long as yours is in balance, which it is if you're in good health, you'll be fine. Men need a certain amount of estrogen. Low estrogen sides on gear are even more devastating sometimes than high estrogen sides.
You people sweat the small stuff too much and never just lift the damn weights

Its natural for men to have estrogen in their body, but not the same extent as women, we have a lot less of it and a lot more testosterone. Eating peas and legumes will not turn you into a female. The only thing that will directly be bad for you in terms of amout of actual usable estrogen would be if you injected it or took it in pill form, which i hope you dont.
Dietary "estrogens" have a minimal effect on your body, no reason to avoid it like the plague

Only foods i would be concerned about the amount of phytoestrogen would be soy and flaxseed
