I heard this shit was a pretty healthy breakfast option so I got some tonight. Holy fuck so delicious. But what do you guys eat with it? The little individual cups are only 120 calories. Do you eat two of them? I'm thinking maybe mixing in some whey but it's already sort of dry just on its own.

I eat two a day, I smell but the Fage brand as it's 18g of protein and 110 calories. I usually put some almonds on it for fats and 7gs extra. It's a small m8 not another meal.

After doing lots of compound movements at high volume but not having a program, I decided to switch to Stronglifts 5X5. I know someone who did Stronglifts and has nothing to show for it, did he just fuck it up? Am I just going to get chubby and gain little strength by going it? Insight is appreciated.

/fit/, I started working out about 5 months ago, mostly heavy calisthenics with extra weights added in. Recently, I've been getting some mires even though I'm still fairly lanky (but i guess for non /fit/s im good) Despite the mires, no women have actually made any moves to show interest. There was one 6/10 chick who I thought might have had a thing for me, but apparently she has a bf. We're not going to make it bros

When training for the Olympics, Michael Phelps ate 12,000 calories a day, with 4,000 calories per meal. He burned off the 12,000 calories each day with swimming practice.

Even though his weight remained in equilibrium, what kind of effects could this diet and exercise have on his body if it continued in the long term? And also what would happen if someone were to increase that amount, maybe eating 20,000 calories a day and burning the same amount off?

Look at this stuff. One bottle is 300 calories, 42 g protein, If you drank 5 bottles a day and nothing else, you'd have 1500 calories and 210 g of protein. Is this the ultimate way to cut?
