This happened to me two months in a row. After a month straight of clean eating, I picked up a pizza after having been craving one for what felt like an eternity. Is adding a fat like coconut oil to coffee a halfway decent idea or is it just full meme. I've seen some people saying per cup 8oz of coffee adding between 1/2 & 1 TBL of butter + the same in coconut or other oil as a way of adding fat to your diet.

Ever since I got better looking and started improving in becoming more charismatic I feel down and unmotivated if I don't get attention or signs of attraction from women regularly. I need to be constantly reminded by the opposite sex that I'm attractive and the coolest guy around, otherwise I'll feel "unfit" and inferior to other males that are getting attention, even if they are clearly not as good looking as I am.
I mean, if I go to a place, let's say, a party at a friends house, and I see that some girls are eyeing me or trying to interact with me, I feel powerful, but if I don't get any kind of attention and just stay there, almost like a shadow, pretending to be indifferent and cool, minding my own business, I'll actually start to get desperate for validation.

Anyone else here knows this feel, brahs?

I've been lifting since I was 16. Girls used to openly mire and flirt with me. I browsed /fit/ daily, ate greek yogurt oats and chicken a lot. Participated in the fat hate threads and even harassed some of the fat people i knew/generally acted like a douche to dyels.

five years later my doc puts me on heavy antipsychotics that cause me to gain extreme amounts of weight in the past year. Now I'm obese, my facial aesthetics are potato tier, and I sit at home all day when im not lifting or practicing sports by myself.

on the bright side i'm much more content because of the meds. I wish I wasn't such a fag in highschool, but w.e

Hey, just feel like posting my routine and asking for input, so this might as well be a routine thread. Post current stats and how long youve been doing it too.

Monday (chest, tris)
-5 sets of 3 to 5 reps of flat dumbbell press
-3 sets of 6 to 8 incline bench press
-3 sets of 8 to 10 weighted dips
-3 sets of 8 to 10 flyes (mostly for the nice finishing pump)
-a final set of as many pushups I can do (normally 15 to 20 after the above)

Wednesday (back and bis)
-5 sets of 5 reps deadlifts (first two are warmup)
-3 sets of 8 to 10 reps weighted pullups
-3 sets of 8 to 10 reps dumbbell curls
-3 sets of 8 to 10 reps cable or dumbbell flyes (interchange every now and then)

Friday (legs and abs)
-5 sets of 5 reps squats (first 2 warmup)
-3 sets of 10 reps calf raises
-3 sets of 8 to 10 reps incline weighted situps
-one plank as long as possible
-sometimes finish off with some forearm stuff, deadhangs or farmers walks

Besides that, just cardio on the off days

Stats:
- dumbbell press 85lb each hand
- deadlift 275lb (just started again after doing rack pulls for a long time)
-squat 245lb

Any other weights feel free to ask, and yea I include the bar. Ive always felt like it should be included since its still weight that youre lifting. Been working out for about 3 years now, on and off because i travel to work regularly and finding a gym can be difficult. Been doing this particular routine for just about 3 weeks

Doing pic related for the moment. I've tried doing the Hepburn method for all the main 4 before hand but that was making the sessions too long (>1h20).

Anyways, feels great. Usually do either face pulls or hanging leg raises in rest pauses. Hope this will suffice for shoulders and abs assistance.

I'm not sure if my life actually got better. Lifting for 2 years straight has gotten me a really nice body. People treat me slightly nicer or don't treat me like shit. But I haven't had much success with girls either. "Just be confident is the stupidest" meme that I have ever had. I've only heard from my friends who are super attractive and 6 feet tall. Meanwhile, I'm here rotting like a ugly manlet.

Then again, I'm autistic and have a shitty facial structure despite being swole and at a relatively low bodyfat. Reminder, that it's all about the symmetry and robust bones (aka the face).
