That being said, I've done test a few times and saw 0 sides even up to 6-700mg a week. That's not to say there aren't long term effects of cruising at that dose, but if I had a guess I'd say that 500mg/ week for life wouldn't damage much. You'd have some tiny tiny nuts tho.
