Fructose is metabolised unlike other sugars in that it has to go through the liver before it enters the bloodstream. In large quantities it puts stress on your liver in a way similar to alcohol

Also fruit juices lack the fiber of a whole fruit and thus have a high glycemic index (cause sudden spikes in blood sugar)

Also they have virtually no fats/proteins, which are necessary for the body to function - but you probably know that already

How long should it take to drop 5% BF?

Currently 225 at 19%, feel like I'll have to be 210 for ~14%.

Pro tip.. water is great but buy some bone broth concentrate or make bone broth yourself. it's cheap enough to buy. pic related.. it'll give you the nutrients you need for it not to scare the shit out of you.

if you're starving, in the forrest.. why would you be engineered to burn off your muscle at any decent rate before you fat stores are burnt away.. pro tip.. it doesn't burn fat at any really noticeable rate and it's way easier to put muscle back on afterwards than to lose weight and maintain muscle along the way.

OP here, so drink bone broth (how much a day?) and water on fasts? and I was at 350 but ive gone down to 315 the past 2 1/2- 3 months (working out and cutting out alot of bad shit). I eat all my calories at 8pm to 9pm . So ive learned to intermediate fast.

Recognize there is no easy way around or mental 'trick' you can employ. All you can do is go in and pay for your dietary sins.
I usually counter a bad cheat day with an equally extreme cut day. Ill do an hour plus on a bike or elliptical before lifting, and half an hour of walking post workout. The goal being to cut as much as I cheated the next day.
Don't do this multiple days in a row though, or you'll tank your metabolism.
