Does this look like a thinning/receding or a "maturing" hairline? I'm about to jump off a bridge if right now if I'm balding at 26.
Have any of you all used anything to slow down receding hairlines? If so, what worked & what flopped? Have you noticed an increase in hair loss after you've started lifting heavier?
It looks fine dont shit your pants
Your hairline looks fine you fuck.

NICE! I love steve he is a good /fit/ model. However the fact that he works landscaping aka blue collar work, means he should be executed.

Is that W Pull-up as in weighted?
I dunno about you, but I had my fucked, tibeal plateu fracture, and squatting really helped me, just starting with the bar
SL w/ pull ups and dips seems like a pretty good program to regain your strength and start programming for yourself
>>42155997
Yes it is. My knee is fucked too which is why I don't want to do SS this time around. I'll take it real slow and use the same progression for lower and upper
Lets be honest fit the only reason we lift is because we have a deep hatred for ourselves and no matter how good we look you we will always hate ourselves
I learn to love myself sempai you should too
fuck you im the fucking best

How do I make face gains?
>>42155551
Natty: lower bodyfat %
Fraud: makeup, surgery
Got into lifting through a contract sport I play and still lift primarily for sport.
When I go to lift I do it purely for that alone but clearly has it's benefits getting girls.
Naturally have low bf % and this combined with good training, diet and genes leaves me quite vascular.
Most of my friends have hopped on the creatine train and are only a bit smaller than me now or the same size with more bf. What annoys me is I've made such an amount of gains through pure determination that everyone I meet (who lifts casually) just assumes I'm on creatine. Also my buds catching up on my lifts is in the back of my mind as well
Asking for some advice /fit, I wanna take my gains to the next level and it would also help me with my sport but I'm worried about side effects i.e kidney damage but also the hair around the crown of my head is a bit thin and I'm afraid it would go thinner as I've heard from people. Another things is I'm afraid if I do go on it that people would then assume I'm on gear and the problem would go full cycle
>>42155471
if it makes you feel better, some people probably assume you are on gear already.
Duno about hair and kidneys, but stop being so concerned with what others think. As long as you are still attracting the women you like whats the problem? Manlet "friends" will chirp you about being big and lean?
>>42155564
Fuck it you're right, I'm not really concerned about anyone thinking I'm on creatine tho but rather it reminding me I might be wasting time not cycling creatine just because I'm afraid of side effects
So i have to be in a shithole for 45 days for work. There is no gym here, and i follow a good "powerbuilder" plan. Will i lose my squat, bench, and deadlift gains by doing only body weight and running for this time?
>Will I lose gains?
Yup.
yeah you'll lose some of your strength levels / muscle mass, but you'll gain them back relatively quickly. Especially strength is something you gain really fast back if you've already once achieved it before
I think I'm messing up the time I rest for the in-between sets sometimes due to being lazy to keep doing the count in my head every time. Should I buy a chronometer to help me or is this not a big problem?
What's the best way to lift for health?
I don't care about being strong etc. I just want healthy muscle mass and joint mobility without injuring myself.

Do the antifragile method

Read tactical barbell
also use romwod for yoga
Is there anything wrong with doing paused sets for bench, squat, and OHP? I almost exclusively do paused work for these exercises. People find this odd but I like the way it feels.
>>42155160
none at all
>>42155160
Pause is literally required if you want to compete in bench
Pause squat is good if you need to build strength out of the hole
Literally why would you pause The Press?
>>42156823
Greater upper chest involvement
Looking for some feedback on this split I'm trying out. For context, I started lifting 7 months ago doing a PPL routine, until just recently where I felt like I wasn't really pushing my muscles to the limit due to the copious amounts of compound workouts I do in a session. i.e. bench and ohp would naturally not let me do the most weight I can do on tricep push downs (I'm not saying the heaviest weight possible for me, but the amount that would be most beneficial for TUTT)
Split
Day 1: Chest/Shoulders
Day 2: Back/Legs
Day 3: Arms/Abs
Is it worth moving on or should I stick to PPL for awhile since I'm still a newbie.
Pls be joking
My idea
Starting only wearing goodies
Lift 5 or 6 times a week. I have weak arms
When it comes time to fight reveal my arms.
Profit
How reasonable is this. How long will it take to get ripped arms. How should I achieve this goal.

I want to do pushups after my bench as my arms are very weak for my weight and my pushups are weak as shit. What is good routine for pushups?
>>42154891
Every time you bench finish your workout with 2 sets of pushups to failure.
>>42154911
Only 2? I wanted to go for like total of 100 reps no matter how many sets it will take
>>42154921
Working to failure causes more overload than working volume, but that's just, like, my opinion man.
