Why does my soleus muscle hurt when I run? Is my form shit? Should I do calf raises to make it stronger or will that make it worse?

If you're on creatine that's probably the cause, if not your form is probs shitty and you're not landing midfoot

from a sport physiotherapist its probably a trigger or tenderpoint if its just a small circle of pain, if it goes from tendon to tendon its probably a triggerband

Creatine cause anterior (leg) pressure to build up in the muscles due to all the water storage or some shit and you end up with aches in your calves or shins or some shit

that is one spooky thing that may have also actually happened to me. But there are exersizes for it. The most potent ones are where you just go over them with a foam roller, especially when it hurts.
Morning shower with hot water on those areas and those forward bend, reach for your toes stretches 3x 30 sec, twice a day. worked well in the end

How often do you run? How long? Normal when just starting out.

I do intervals (doing couch to 5k)
I run for 90 seconds then walk for 90 seconds for 20 minutes total. If i feel good then i'll sometimes run home w/o stopping (2-3 minutes straight?) but i think this is fucking me over
