How many times a day does /fit/ pee?

Ever since I started drinking 3 ~ 5 litre a day I feel like even on days when I don't drink a lot, I still pee more then I should.

How well does protein powders work?

Is it worth it, what are the best brands?

Hey guys. I'm concerned with the supplements to a /fit/ lifestyle and what actually...y'know, serves its purpose. Not looking for miracles here. Just stuff that works and actually is good for the body. Creatine, protein or collagen, etc.

Some things that I'm currently looking for is Cod Liver Oil and collagen...there's a lot of shilling of certain brands and a whole lot of shilling along with conflicting research. Maybe it'd be better to just get it from fish and meat. Thing is, I'd only be able to eat canned fish and that gets tiring after awhile, or low-quality meat, which probably won't work out all that well in excess.

I squat light weight (am 160 lbs and I squat 140 lbs x10).

Question. Will my quads get bigger if I keep at this? All I do is hamstring curls and squat 140lbs x10 reps x5 sets, twice every week, never skip.

Will this grow my legs? or will this just keep my legs hard and prevent from atrophy?

Your muscles will not grow if there is no reason for them to grow. Doing the same fucking thing over and over at the same weight and repetitions and not changing it isn't a reason to grow.

Did you even make an attempt to learn anything about weight training before you posted this question?

Anyone else have to deal with low body temperature while trying to cut? The cold makes me want to eat spoonfuls of peanut butter just to stay warm throughout the day.

The a/c at work is cold to the point where I'm shivering and I don't want to bring a winter coat to work while it's hot summer weather outside.

Not gonna make it, just got back into lifting and went to snap city. Last rep of my deadlifts I got too lazy on my form setting the bar down and my lower back did not feel great. FUCK.

It doesn't hurt too bad yet, just a bit beat up, no sharp pain.
