How long should it take to drop 5% BF? Currently 225 at 19%,

How long should it take to drop 5% BF?

Currently 225 at 19%, feel like I'll have to be 210 for ~14%.

I guess 12 weeks of abstinence from carbs and alcohol is what it should take?

Can it be done it 8 weeks?
