I would imagine it's because you can do a rack pull above the knee that's heavier than your deadlift, whereas the isometric deadlift will only ever be as heavy as your max deadlift

I wake up every 30 minutes in the middle of the night so I can get all my meals in and I time every single one to get the perfect anabolic timing so that all my food goes straight to the muscle. I remember every rep of every set and the exact weight I did on every exercise 4 years ago! I take my preworkout 4 hours before I go to the gym so all of the ingredients are flowing through my blood and there are no doubts that I didn't wait long enough. I start shaking and I get itchy but it's all part of the process of you want to be as anabolic as possible even though I only take it for the creatine.

I show up at the gym at 4am exactly 2 hours before it opens every day and wait outside the doors just so I can make sure my muscles are ready and that I'm the first person on the equipment because if I'm not somebody else could be stealing my results! I bring 10 gallon jugs to the gym and I place them on every piece of equipment that I'll be using that day so nobody else has a chance to use it before me and steal my gains.

In university right now. I thought 3 x a week fullbody routine was good for beginners? I can understand people doing PPL (hitting muscles 2x a week), but 3/4ths of the dude I talk to just hits one group of muscle for 5 days.

Need food tips for college diet
Im living in a dorm with a small mini fridge and no meal plan.
I need to hit 2400+ calories and at least 150g of protein. What are some easy healthy foods to add with little preparation?
The food I have now are:
1.5 cup whole milk
1.5 cup whey
1 bottle of soylent
1 tilapia
1 low fat string cheese
2 tbsp of peanut butter
2 hard boiled eggs
This is all only around 1350 calories and 110g protein
