Would you argue that calisthenics and swimming are the healthiest ways to improve your physical status? If yes, is there any chance you have stumbled upon research/peer reviewed studies that would strengthen those arguments?

My sleep schedule hasn't been great, but I've been getting around 6-7 hours each night. I've been on a bit of a deficit, but I've been trying to fix that (probably getting around 1800-2100 Calories at 150lbs bw).
I just did some push ups and noticed my left arm was weak and the whole movement was awkward as fuck.
There's really something wrong with my left side (I'm thinking pec or rotator cuff).
The weirdest thing is that it's my dominant arm and I've noticed no difficulty performing everyday activities. I can still do dumbbell rows at full strength with it too.
Hope it's not muscular dystrophy. ALS is my fucking least preferred way to die, so I'dget checked if I were you.

I'm hitting the gym for 3 weeks now,i'm 177cm tall and weigh around 60kg at 15-17% bodyfat and i'm going to run a test e (500mg a week) and danabol(30mg/day) cycle.What can i expect in 4 weeks?I read online that danabol makes you blow up and test e will make this gains actual quality gains

leg day was today, I could do alot more for my own good but what can I do to help my legs from feeling so weak? legs tighten up real fast i.e. leg extensions after squats are so hard for me I have to rest for so long til the next set and the weight is reasonable light
