I just fasted for 3 days. Was going for 5 days, but a girl asked my out for friday so I wanna be on my best game, so I ate dinner today. 72 hours without any form of food or caloric drink.

To answer your question, maybe. Youll lose a little bit of weight for sure, both water and fat, but its just as efficient to eat less for 2 weeks than nothing for 1. With that said, Ive always been a fatasfatass, and after this cut, I (["THINK"]) that I can atleast see the top 4 abs on my belly. Ive never been able to have this good definition before. If its due to fat or water, I dont know, but I think it was interesting to try.
