Redpill me on 24 Hour Fitness vs LA Fitness /fit/
I used to go to LA Fitness and it was nice but always packed in afternoons, empty during morning though. Thinking of getting membership to 24 Hour, so I can go late at night. However, the LA Fitness by me is much nicer than the 24 Hr gym.
Both are literal garbage for DYELs.
24 is open 24hrs so you can get in your reps @3am whilst crying to Alice in chains would through the whole routine with no judgment

Nothing wrong with it, but it's just slightly flavored water. Has no real benefits. The electrolytes it claims to replenish are far too low to actually help someone that's working out.
Waste of money IMO, just drink water while you workout, and supplement sodium/potassium/magnesium if you're not getting enough from what you eat.

M8 biceps is a small muscle, And it needs about 12 hours for recovery. Then it's good to go. Triceps is a little tricky, so about 24 hours. Don't know about forearms, so just stick with the 48 hours for them
