When I was fat I had a bulging lower stomach and I thought It was because of higher bodyfat but now that I lost fat I still have the bulging stomach. Anyone knows what to do? I was wondering if you need to do additional ab exercises in conjunction with strength training to improve lifts. I already have a visible six pack so im not concerned with the aesthetic aspect. Are deadlifts squats, press, rows, dips, pullups, farmers walks and sprints enough to train the core or should i also do dragon flags, leg raises, Pallof press to improve my lifts

Those lifts don't train them enough if you look at the muscle activation by EMG
You should do some isolation but I don't think it has to be a lot, just like 3 sets every workout if you go at least 3 times a week

I'm pretty sure I have low T (man boobs, moodiness, lethargic all the time). I have been trying to boost my T levels so I've been eating basically anything that can potentially boost T or lower estrogen levels.
One article said that one glass of wine a night helps to lower estrogen. Anybody else have any experience with this? How much do you drink? Just one cup?

Red wine is great. Test E at 500mg/week is better.
For real, if you have a good diet, no deficiencies, and lift no natural fix is gonna make a meaningful difference. If its an issue. See a doctor. Or don't, and just pin.
Pop/Soda in Bulking?
I'm trying to bulk but the caloric intake is hitting insane levels, can I build muscle hitting that last 500cals with soda? I'm basically eating full time, but still losing weight, so I need to bump up calories for the third time, but I'm at limits of food consumption economically. Wondering if soda and pop calories can be turned into muscle.
(3K calories/day 130g protein 145lbs) Lost 0.6lbs this week.
Whole milk instead buddy. 1-2 liters will put you way into surplus and its so easy, i personally grew up on milk and love it. i get 1400 cals a day from it which is nearly 80g protein. Im also bulking went from 155-210 in 6 months

the idea of fatfucking yourself and then getting shredded is a holdover from roided bodybuilders, if you're natural it works far better to stay 10-12% on the low end and 15-17% on the high end, cut to 10-12% and bulk moderately to 15-17%
this way you can be in a surplus and train productively most of the year but never get fat and experience all the negative hormonal feedback loops and then have to cut for months at a time
i think the reason 500 cal surplus is recommended is because it's damn hard to nail a 160 cal surplus daily, just doing a little more walking one day could totally erase that surplus, so it's better to gain a little faster and ensure you are getting the most out of your training

No it does not matter when you eat, some people like myself arent very hungry in the morning. I started weighing 350 at 6'3 and now sitting at around 220. The way i did it was one meal at night because i noticed it can be hard to sleep at night on an "empty" stomach. So i drink a lot of water during during the day and if you want to take the 350 cals as a snack during the day do it, then just have a 1000 calories meal at night.

It's all about calories in calories out. You may want to eat 1500 cals a day 1350 seems a tad low.
