Pop/Soda in Bulking?
I'm trying to bulk but the caloric intake is hitting insane levels, can I build muscle hitting that last 500cals with soda? I'm basically eating full time, but still losing weight, so I need to bump up calories for the third time, but I'm at limits of food consumption economically. Wondering if soda and pop calories can be turned into muscle.
(3K calories/day 130g protein 145lbs) Lost 0.6lbs this week.
Whole milk instead buddy. 1-2 liters will put you way into surplus and its so easy, i personally grew up on milk and love it. i get 1400 cals a day from it which is nearly 80g protein. Im also bulking went from 155-210 in 6 months
