They are too physically taxing and you are better off using your energy for other exercises

Benefits of fasting are

I'm planning to do 3-4 days fast(or as long as I can last), with some light exercise and cardio.
What supplements should I take? Seems like mutli-vitamins are an obvious choice, also some sport drinks for extra magnesium and other minerals(given they are calorie free), what about creatine?

I'm beginning to see some nice gains and I want to remove my body hair.

I don't look like a bear, but I'm almost there.

What would be the best way to remove body hair WITHOUT FUCKING ITCHING.
Yes, because the last time I've used Veet for man or whatever the fuck that thing is called, on my back, yes, that shit removed all of my hairs, but holy shit, I was desperate with the constant itching.

I'm thinking in using a trimmer but that's not the same thing, because it's still possible to see the hairs, I would like a better solution, what do you recommend?

Do you take vitamin supplements?
