Hey guys I really need your help on bulking.
I am skinny and want to put on 20lbs. I dont care what sort of weight I just am sick of being skinny and made fun of, but if muscle that is a bonus.
My problem is can put on a few lbs by dirty bulking but then my stomach can't handle it and I get extreme Gastritis and lose my appetite completely for a month.
Same thing happened when I tried GOMAD.
I need to bulk with non fatty foods, and also non acidic foods, pretty much the only food that taste nice.

You can try 'mass gainers' and shit like that, but they're not cheap and if your digestive system is as much of a pussy as you make it sound like then that may make you sick too. FWIW I think training for mere aesthetics is stupid and pointless and may not work if you don't already have the genetics to support it. So what's the deal with saturated fat? How much is too much and how much is too little? Does lifting and cardio impact how much you need or can consume?
I eat a lot of saturated fat, only real reason I'd consider it "bad" is because its calorically-dense and nutritionally devoid. unsaturated fats are better for you
I just try to eat as few processed foods as possible.

There's studies floating around saying that fats (especially saturated ones) are super bad and they kill you fast with cholesterol and heart failture and shit.
But there are more studies coming out that say that general weight gain by sugar is just as bad as a fatty diet.
The thing is that fats, all of them, are energy dense. They're the more energy dense of anything we eat. So you need to consume less by volume to reach your energy needs.
The problem is that your stomach doesn't tell you you're full based on energy. You are "full" when you literally are full. So more fat = more energy for the same meal.

Yes. 10g a day swallowed in 5 gram scoops with water immediately after to swallow it. After a week of this lower to 5g a day in one 5 gram scoops (You can also mix it into your protein shake, although I find it doesn't blend super well)

Depends on the exercise. Squats/deadlifts 5-6 minutes, bench 3-4, isolations (particularly in higher reo ranges) only need a minute or two between.

Dumbbell curls, EZ-bar curls (particularly strict curls). Chin-ups are also fantastic as you get some lat and back activation. If you're looking for big arms don't forget to work your triceps.

Depends on your diet really. I've been lifting for 5 months on a slow bulk and have gained about 20lbs while looking noticeably better.

I wouldn't recommend it if you're cutting. I mean, as long as you get under your maintenance the day was still technically successful, but those calories could be better 'spent' consuming some protein.

Once you can successfully complete your goal number of sets within your goal rep-range. Increase the weight in increments no larger than 5lbs, and even then you'll likely run into not being able to complete yours reps and sets. That's okay though, because after a few more training sessions you will.
