Keto has brought me to my /goalweight/ but I fear that shit food choices will be bad in the long run. For the last 9 months I've literally eaten nothing but StringCheese, Eggs, and Hotlinks. Are these high sodium transfat meme foods that bad? Should I just go back to eating sandwiches and oats while weathering the craving storm of a high carb diet?

Today I tried front squats for the first time. Did them in sets of 3. Didn't know how heavy I could go, but I kept adding on weight and I got to a pl8.

It was nice to not back squat for the first time in a while.

I started practicing handstand at the beginning of 2015, but made slow progress because I didn't practice much. I've finally been practicing 1-2x a day for the last few months, and I've successfully done 2 consecutive handstand pushups the last two workouts. feelz bretty good bros

All of my goals are bodyweight goals.
And they're slow as fuck goals.

But I am kinda proud of the fact that I can do a half one arm chinup and do assisted one arm chinups with ease.

Well, in a few days it will be my 1 year mark of working out...

Started out with bro splits, then PPL (2x week), then started Candito LP (beginning of summer).

Heres what i got: currently 5'10" at 160lbs.
I didnt put much focus into abs, but i see now that i should really add more oblique work and ab work into the next year. Personally im pretty happy to see how far ive come.

I've done everything. Different types of oats, letting the oats soak in milk. All i have is some frozen fruit, quick oats, milk, yogurt, peanut butter
