Already got:
eggs (but I fucking hate eating eggs, they gross me out after a few bites)
oatmeal (but unless I add peanut butter to it its hard for me to eat)
salads
yogurt
but what looking for other hidden gems you guys might know about
make a smoothie

I want to change this. Talked with my cousin who attempted to do MMA several years back and he said joining a fighting gym it will be 6 months or more of training before I have a full on spar with someone - I am okay with and prepared for this.
I was looking at some gyms in my area and it seems that the choices are really Muy Thai or BJJ. If my goal is to eventually get in the ring with a stranger and win by KO, where should I start?

Sitting during pressing is better, objectively.
Now, I stopped pressing entirely as of today (was managing 4-5 reps at 65kgs when I occasionally did standing OHP), replaced with incline. Shoulders feel about as stressed, and lateral delts are more important for looks anyway.

I have a problem /fit/ and I need your help.
When I fast, my jaw becomes stiff, feels sore, the taste in my mouth is horrible and it is the only thing that causes me to eat food and break my fast because it's the only thing that helps against it. The hunger is not even a problem.
