Do you take vitamin supplements?
I want to start but I'm kinda freaking out about the new studies showing that excess B6 and B12 vitamin intake increases cancer risk by a whole fucking lot, and the shit I got has like 357% recommended dosage of B6.

Here's the deal bud.
Chances are your grandfather smoked his entire life and lived to 70-80. Mine lived to 78 smoking a pack a day and a pipe his entire life.
If you don't smoke, you probably won't die of cancer until your 80s or early 90s with current medical technology even if you do stupid shit like binge drink and eat processed foods.
Take your sups to increase your performance and don't fucking worry about it you pussy.
source on cancer?

My grandpa smoked and drank for sixty years and lived to 87.
But with cancer 6 different times and in 6 different places, a failing brain, and lack of will to keep going, he probably should have died the day he retired. Think about quality of life bro
