Got into it with one of the other students the other day. He'd have had me on ice, if it weren't for my wrestling background. I have to get better with elbows.

Hey fellas. I'm looking to buy a set of weightlifting shoes, but I'm not sure which ones to pick. I want a shoe with as much heel elevation as possible and they need to be able to take my bodyweight + a 4pl8 squat. The addidas power perfect ii seems nice, and are quite a lot cheaper than the adipowers and romaleos for what appears to be strictly design-reasons. Does anyone have experience with these shoes? Any other recommandations?

That being said, i have a pair of do-wins and i love the. .75inch heel, two straps, i feel locked in the floor. Maybe not as nice as a romaleo, but for $100, im quite satisfied. Just dont do stupid shit other than lifting in them and theyll last forever

I do front squats as well as back squats and they are both great. If back squats don't feel great you might have to grossly lower your weight and change your form. I keep my legs prey close now and can sit on my ankles before the push off and it feels great. My weighs a lot lower though.

99% of the junk food normies think are "high carb" in-fact actually high fat with normal amounts of carbs.
