In terms of content and graphics, probably PC. But good luck ever getting that to work.

I don't know about the NDS version, but it does have a bit of a downgrade in terms of resolution. If you have an NDS, that would probably be the best version to go with.

Otherwize Director's cut is fine. Avoid Dual Shock Verison, as they rescored the game for no reason. Some tracks are decent, but they removed music from some areas, and much of the score is inferior.

What display you use is more important. PC version is 640x480 (I think) and PS1 is 320x240. Get a CRT monitor for emulation, or a CRT TV for console.

I like the N64 but I never played PD, and I didn't like the Goldeney multiplayer that much, but maybe because I'm not a big fps guy, my friends all loved it.

Nobody in their right mind would use composite. Even RF is better.

I'm not sure what they were expecting. stacking the carts just runs the first cart but distributes power to them all. Sooner or later there's not enough power & power cuts out halfway through loading something important and the game develops a disability.
