So, as you may or not be aware, THIS faggot has some seriously rustled jimmies over the aether revolt spoilers and well pretty much everything possible.
He hates wizards, pro players and netdeckers (both of those are all cheaters according to him) and he has absolutely no fucking clue what he is talking about. He thinks that there are a million turn 4 reliable infinite combos in aether revolt and that not only will the set destroy standard, but modern, and possibly the entire game of MTG as we know it.

In this video here, he shows himself with fingerless gloves, a set of swords, a knife, a baton and a gun, all so he can protect himself from muggers when he plays pokemon go.

How much effort does you and your team put into RP for food when traveling? When's the last time your character brought a pouch of spice or salt, or a bottle of tabasco sauce? Does any of that even warrant a mention, or is it just "packed field rations for X days"?

Also does anyone have those images of all sorts of camp foods and recipes, looked pretty fantasy-inspired.

This time on Song of Swords:
Do the AVs in Ballad work for melee weapons too, or would they require adjustment to bring them in line with SoS?

Song of Swords is a a tabletop RPG centered around realistic medieval fightan' with a ludicrous variety of weapons and fighting styles, centered around a dice pool system. It's currently in beta, and can be used for both fantasy and historical games.

Call of the Void: Ballad of the Laser Whales is a pulpy sci-fi tabletop RPG about fighting space-nazis and hunting giant whales with harpoons made out of the moon. Its combat system is more modern, based in the early 20th century, but can probably handle combat up to the present day.

Just played my first game of Victory at Sea, and wow, it was awesome! We pitted some battleships against each other, I had the Littorio and my opponent had a Kongo and an Ise. It was a campaign battle, but a meeting engagement, so just a straight up fight. My cruisers pounced on his destroyers trying to arc in for torpedo runs, and the Littorio scored two criticals on the very first salvo against the Kongo.

I got beat up pretty bad, but in the end the Japanese force left, leaving me in control of a new port, and them down one battleship! So I get more Reroll points then they do, and they have to try and replace a ship where I just have to repair mine.

I didn't think it would be this fun, but the rule set is easy to understand, no super complex stuff, and the game 'feels' right for ships slugging it out.

Anyone else played it yet?
