My parents had two. A 93 and a 04. The 93 is still kicking around in georgia even after an accident. Had 200k+ miles on the body but a rebuilt engine because a tech ran it without oil. 04 is probably still around but we had to do 5k worth of repairs in the last year.

Lol one time I saw a dude do a 90 degree burnout through a left hand turn into traffic during rush hour in a tbird. If it was a Mustang there would have been a huge accident so I was actually impressed. But in the end the car is ultimately boring and it says more about the driver than the car.

Jimny is pretty much THE ranger car in Yurop. They love these little shits and hence they're kinda overpriced for what they are but apparently they're really capable cars. You probably can't go wrong with them.

Another cheap one would be the Dacia Duster oh and Lada Niva
