Everything else is a poor substitute. Barring that, just buy a shitbox automatic daily (think used 2nd Gen Prius with a new battery) and your choice of a similar sports car (S2000/E36 M3/RX8/MR2/Corvette/etc).

I have owned both an automatic and manual Frs and I'll tell you now that they're not even the same cars. Trust me its not just a "lol auto tragic xD" argument. I regretted buying an automatic and was lucky some guy totaled my car so I could buy a manual. It sounds a lot practical to just buy a 4 door maybe wrx or something and get a coupe later on in a few years when your situation gets better

i have an auto 2014 gencoup 2.0t and i love it. car has good power, very reliable, and a nice interior. its not often that i see another on the road so its nice to have something that sticks out from the masses. fuck these manual only twats who think that their control of a gear shift defines them.
