Sup /fit/, so I hit my strength goals, 1/2/3/4 plate. But now I feel bulky and slow, is there a programme I can move on to for all round strength, cardio and conditioning. Please don’t make me do crossfit!!

I'm 21 F. 5'5, 116 lbs. I have a good face, but my body is just average and its so frustrating.

I don't want to bulk up, I want to be tiny and light. I have no experience in weight loss but I assume starving is an idiotic idea.

So, thoughts?

The point was that the argument was debatable. You will not build a strong deadlift doing just osier cleans and chin-ups, back strength is greatly benefited by heavy rows. I'm going off from world record IPF deadlifters training philosophy's and my own experience from not doing rows for 6 months.
You could argue that despite world record dead lifters preferring heavy rows to power cleans is preference as power cleans aren't too powerlifting specific hence why it is a moot point.

Anyways, you are right on the chinup part, because lats promote internal rotation to some extent.

As for the upper back part and deadlift part, you are wrong. High level powerlifters usually train their upper back with minimal volume, if at all. But they don't train power cleans either. They just do a lot of deadlifts and variation.

The lats are attached to your shoulder and your scapulae. They pull them down. They do not roll the shoulders forwards.

So today after my intensive workout session I was in the lockerroom and was checking my own body in front of the mirror. I looked really fucking buffed. I havent noticed much progress in the past 6 months but now I finally started to see myself having a thick body. But now i'm at home and I look all small and weak again. Wtf is up with this?

They usually have good lighting and full front mirrors at gym lockers. And don't underestimate the pump. My arms increase by close to an inch just after armday.

I eat three whole eggs for breakfast every morning. I read conflicting infos on the yellows. Are they really unhealthy? What about the whites? Can I eat as many egg whites as I want without having to worry?
